According to The Daily Star, the promising young player has now made the move to Liverpool. Gilsenan is from Castleknock in Dublin but was spotted by a former Barcelona player while playing for Perth Glory in Australia. He then scored seven goals in a trial game and was signed for La Masia. His performance in the trial game led to him being called the "Irish Messi".

The family recently made the decision to move from Spain to England which lead to competition from several clubs to sign him. Those interested included Arsenal, Man Utd, Man City, Spurs and Chelsea but the 11-year-old is reportedly set to sign for Liverpool.

Here's a little clip of him in action.
