FM104's Strawberry Alarm Clock had an interview with Tommy Tiernan this morning. In it the comedian tells a story about the time he met Roy Keane while doing a gig for Sunderland.
It was the end of the 06/07 and Roy Keane had just managed Sunderland to promotion to the Premier League. As Niall Quinn was chairman and there were a good few Irish players at the club, Tiernan was asked over to do a gig.

The gig went well but Tiernan says he got "the scowl" from Keane afterwards following a few possibly ill-judged words.
