In an exciting collaboration, Xbox has announced a partnership with professional darts player Luke ‘The Nuke’ Littler ahead of the upcoming PDC World Darts Championship.
The tournament is set to take place at the Alexandra Palace in London from December 15 to January 3.
As part of this partnership, Littler will don a custom shirt featuring Xbox branding, promoting the Score More with Xbox campaign.
This initiative aims to engage fans by linking Littler's performance on the oche to community rewards.
For every 180 score, nine-dart finish, or match victory he achieves during the Championship, Xbox will unlock a variety of prizes for fans.
These rewards include digital copies of EA Sports FC 25, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions, EA Sports FC 25 Points for in-game purchases, and a custom Xbox Series S console adorned with a unique neon green design.
Littler expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating,
I’m looking forward to partnering with Xbox and bringing two of my biggest passions together – darts and gaming.
I hope I can provide fans with as many rewards as possible through my performances at the PDC World Darts Championship and help them score more with Xbox.
Samuel Bateman, the UK and Ireland Xbox gaming marketing lead, echoed this sentiment, saying,
As a huge Xbox fan, it only made sense for us to team up with Luke and celebrate his love for gaming in a way that felt authentic.
We’re wishing him every success in the upcoming PDC World Darts Championship and encourage fans in the UK to keep their eyes on Xbox UK socials to be in with a chance of winning some awesome prizes, all thanks to his extraordinary performances.
With the PDC World Darts Championship just around the corner, both Xbox and Littler are gearing up for an exciting event that promises to blend the worlds of darts and gaming in a unique and rewarding way.
