How much money will Luke Littler earn?
The total prize money pool for the PDC World Darts Championship is £2.5 million.
For his progression to the final, 16-year-old Luke Littler earned £200,000 in prize money for finishing second. The champion Humphries will bring home £500,000.
Who is Luke Littler?
16-year-old Luke Littler has taken the world of darts by storm with his sensational debut performance at the PDC World Darts Championship this year.
Littler was born in Warrington, Cheshire in January 2007, and has played darts from a young age. His rapid ascent to the top of the game was helped by his victory at last year's PDC World Youth Championship.
He previously competed at the 2022 WDF World Championship and was winning tournaments from a young age. One of those included victory at the 2021 Irish Open, when he was just 14 years old.

How did he do so well at the World Darts Championship?
Luke Littler's performances thus far at the PDC World Darts Championship have left sports fans - even those with little prior interest in darts - largely speechless.
The youngster has not only become the youngest player in history to reach the final of the tournament but has done so in a mostly dominant fashion, eliminating some big names along the way.
Littler progressed through the early rounds by eliminating Dutch player Christian Kist, countryman Andrew Gilding, and Canadian Matt Campbell before a sensational fourth-round victory over the legendary Raymond van Barneveld.

A decisive 5-1 victory over Northern Irishman Brendan Dolan in the quarter-finals was followed by a 6-2 semi-final victory over fellow Englishman Rob Cross to secure his record-breaking final spot.

Three of the top five average scores from the tournament thus far belong to Littler, and he is tied with fellow finalist Luke Humphries for the most 180s hit during the tournament - 50.
Who are Luke Littler's family?
Luke Littler has credited his father Anthony - a former taxi driver - with inspiring his love for darts, while he has also stated that he burst into tears upon spotting his mother in the Alexandra Palace crowd earlier in the World Championship. He has two siblings, Catlin and Harry.
His girlfriend, Eloise, is 21 and the pair supposedly met playing FIFA online on Xbox.
