Luke Littler has captivated the world of darts and shows no signs of tailing off as he continues to dominate the Premier League.

The 17-year-old has been unstoppable at times since reaching the PDC World Darts Championship final on debut earlier this year, earning immediate selection for the Premier League roadshow as a result.

He has been on a roll away from the Sky Sports cameras, already picking up two title wins on the European Tour.

He also tasted success on the floor on debut and won the Bahrain Darts Masters on the World Series Tour back in January.

He has looked at home in the Premier League too, where he is leading the table and has already secured his place in the semi-final play-offs.

The teenager has been a target for rival players and crowds alike given his world class play and Thursday night in Aberdeen was no different as he collected another win.

Littler joined Michael van Gerwen with a quartet of night wins this season, getting the better of Nathan Aspinall, Michael Smith and Rob Cross en route to victory.

More importantly, he secured his place at finals night and looks set to finish the league phase of the campaign on top.

Littler did not have it all his own way in surviving a match dart against Aspinall as he picked up a 6-5 victory, but he also had the crowd to contend with.

He was subjected to whistles as he looked to wrap up the success, ultimately overcoming the distraction and hitting Double 10 with his last dart-in-hand.

A frustrated Littler then let the whistlers know all about it, racing to the side of the stage before putting his finger to his lips as he shushed the culprits.

The problem would rear its head again in the final against Cross, but he had too much in his locker as he claimed a 6-4 win.

Littler has shown remarkable composure under pressure considering his age and lack of big stage experience, also overcoming a partisan crowd in Liverpool last week. However, that reception was more of his own making.

Littler, a diehard Manchester United fan, made public comments at Liverpool FC's expense before doubling down with a gesture poking fun at their Merseyside Derby defeat to Everton on the night.

He did, however, win the crowd over as the night went on with the back-and-forth being played out in good spirits.
