André Greipel and Fernando Gaviria have been relegated to last position of today's stage at the Tour de France stage eight in Amiens.
The stage was won by Dylan Groenewegen after a 181-kilometre ride. However, during the final sprint, there was a collision between Griepel and Gaviria which resulted in the pair's relegation.

The official declaration was that it was an "irregular sprint." Meanwhile, Irish Dan Martin was unfortunate to get caught in a crash mid-race which hampered his chances. Focus now turns to tomorrow and the ninth stage to Roubaix which includes the infamous cobbled streets.
