Dan Martin won the second 'Monument' of his career by taking the Tour of Lombardy with a perfectly-timed sprint finish at the end of the 256km race.

This adds to the Garmin Sharp rider's win of Liege-Bastogne-Liege in 2013, a race where he suffered disappointment this year when he crashed out on the final corner.

Martin seemed to catch the opposition completely unaware with 450m to go.
