Australian Mark Renshaw uses his head to make a route for his British teammate Mark Cavendish to get through the pack and take the latest stage of the Tour de France. Renshaw has been given his marching orders from the Tour. Nicolas Roche is cleverly staying away from the front of any of these packs and missed out on taking one on the noggin from the Aussie.
