Good news - according to this 16 second preview clip of the Lance and Oprah interview, they will both be present.

Not a whole lot else is disclosed, apart from Oprah telling us that the interview will be an open field. A dramatic voice over also intimates that there will no holds barred.
The presence of candles is also confirmed and for some reason both of them will be drinking their water through straws.
