Paul Kimmage has been having some heated discussion, to say the very least, with other journalists today on Twitter regarding David Walsh's 'Why I believe in Chris Froome' piece in last weekend's Sunday Times.
Speaking to the Second Captains yesterday, Kimmage revealed that he has had many 'fraught conversations' with Walsh about his defence of Froome, and said that he found Walsh's labelling of the 'mob' who are against Froome insulting.
Today, The Times journalist Owen Slot vented his upset at Kimmage's comments during the interview.
Slot was referring to Kimmage's comments on why he thinks the Sunday Times haven't gone after Froome in the same way they did Armstrong. He said:
'It's in house; it's part of the business. And at all the Times journalists, have you written pieces about Team Sky that your editors would not allow you to run? Because I have, and I wasn't allowed run them.'
Kimmage was quick to respond to Slot's tweet this afternoon:

And thus ended the conversation for the time being. Although Moore also then posted this hardly cryptic tweet:
