Poor Lance Armstrong has a lot on his mind right now. There were the days prior to the Oprah Winfrey interview during which had to estimate how much of the truth he could actually disclose to the world, there are all those people with whom he has to apologise and just think of the monumental effort that it must have taken to get the word 'sorry' to come out of his mouth.
One of those things on his mind though has not been his website and the updating of it with some pretty relevant information. The bio section of Armstrong's website still describes him as a 7-time Tour de France winner, even though he was stripped of those titles on October 22nd. It also describes him as "one of the most recognizable and admired people of this era". After his interview with Oprah, he's certainly still recognisable, maybe even more than ever but admired is a bit of a longshot. He even admitted himself that he was disgraced.
Anyone who could utter the kind of bile that he did about David Walsh certainly shouldn't be admired.
Lance might have had that day when he lost a possible $75 million in earnings but he should still be able to afford an updating of his website with the truth.
