In breaking news tonight, the Swiss Cycling Federation have withdrawn their nomination for UCI President Pat McQuaid in the upcoming election.
Newstalk's Off The Ball programme led off tonight's show with an interview with Jamie Fuller, chairman of Skins Sportwear who are based in Switzerland. The Australian has spoken out against McQuaid previously, and his company have even gone to the lengths of underwritting Paul Kimmage's legal bills in the past.
After his appearance Fuller tweeted his feelings on the matter, continuing with the "hard on" theme from Off The Ball.
this was not planned. no better place to be when the news breaks about swiss withdrawing pat's nomination than dublin. #likeadogwithtwodicks
