West Indies batsmen Chris Gayle today hit the fastest century in the history of professional cricket in an Indian Premier League match for the Royal Bangalore Challengers against the Pune Warriors. Gayle's century included an incredible eleven sixes and he finished on 175 not out off 66 balls.
