New broke earlier today that Australian cricketer Phil Hughes had died in hospital due to an injury sustained during a match just two days ago.
The 25-year-old was struck on the back of the head with a ball while playing for South Australia against New South Wales. He collapsed onto the pitch and was taken to hospital.
In memory of the test match player, the Australian Daily Telegraph will tomorrow have an appropriately simple tribute to a man who had his life cut short far too early.
RT @BuzzRothfield Beautiful tribute. We have retired the back page tomorrow as a mark of respect to Phillip Hughes pic.twitter.com/rdbSw0xVtc
