What Happened Last Time?
As mentioned before, the last time these two met Katie secured her status as undisputed lightweight champion.
Peerson was furious when she lost the fight last time out thinking that she should have been the one whose hand was lifted in victory.
According to Promoter Eddie Hearn the previous fight between the pair last summer has been eating away at Taylor ever since.
She's very quiet, very humble but at the same time she's got a bee in her bonnet about this particular fight," said Hearn.
"Last June one of the best fights I've ever witnessed. At Madison Square Garden, twenty-thousand people on their feet for Persoon against Taylor.
"But the question marks were should Persoon have got that victory and that's eaten her up during this period." he said
