You may recognise him as Wayne from RTÉ's Love/Hate, or perhaps you remember him as George in Christopher Nolan's blockbuster Dunkirk.
Either way, a boxing ring is one place you would not have expected to find the young Irish actor Barry Keoghan.
Yet, at 24 years of age, the up and coming film actor is set to compete in the Celtic Box Cup in Dungarvan, Waterford later this month.
Established in 2013, the Celtic Box Cup has quickly become Ireland's premier international boxing tournament.
Featuring boxers from Australia, Canada, Holland, Portugal, Norway, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and the UK, Keoghan is set to fight at 60kg in the Senior B class.
By and large, his swelling fan-base is excited at the prospect of seeing the young Dublin native box.
Good luck!! Also: Don't ruin your face like Mickey Rourke did, Barry!!
