Another relatively easy night at the office for Katie Taylor, who once again looked flawless on the big stage as she claimed a 7th round TKO victory over her German opponent Nina Meinke.
5 months as a pro, 5 wins, and Katie claimed in her post-fight interview that she felt 'a bit scrappy at times', but you can't help but feel she's being harsh on her self as she controlled the bout from first bell to last.
There were no questions that Taylor won all six rounds, but when an accidental headbutt cut Meinke open above the eyebrow in the 6th, it looked like she wouldn't last long.
Smelling blood, Taylor went for the kill and the referee had seen enough.
Katie Taylor vs Nina Meinke stoppage:
Go on Katie!
A supremely confident performance, Eddie Hearn claimed that he saw the American networks watching closely at Wembley and they were 'all over him' trying to get Katie to fight in the US.
Now we wait and see what she has in store, but as the opponents have continued to rise in terms of skill, Katie has risen to make it look easy.
