The 'Battle of Belfast' takes place at the Waterfront Hall tonight with a whole host of Irish boxers on show, and all eyes will be on Paddy Barnes as he looks to make the night his own in the main event against former world-title challenger Silvio Olteanu.
He will also be looking to earn a WBO ranking after just three professional contests which he would do if his hand is raised against the Romanian.
There are also a number of exciting fighters on the card such as Lewis 'The Croc' Crocker who will be making his TV debut as he looks to continue his impressive rise, as well as Meath man Jono Carroll, so with all that Irish boxing talent in one place, Belfast Live used to opportunity to gauge how they were feeling about the fight that is dominating the landscape of combat sports right now.
Some are pulling for McGregor, some can't see anything other than a Floyd win, but all will be watching.
You've got to love Paddy Barnes:
I'm hopeful McGregor knocks him out.
[His chances are] very, very slim, but I like Conor more than I like Mayweather, so I'm backing Conor.
Jono Carroll's response was quality as well, fair play to him.
The consensus appears to be that it's good for boxing, and the build up will be fun, but it's going to be a tough, tough task for Conor McGregor.
You can catch the 'Battle of Belfast' card on Box Nation from 6pm on Saturday.
