Tyson Fury held a remarkable press conference at the home of Bolton Football Club on Monday.
At one point, Fury's father demanded those in attendance to stand up and bow before his son. It also featured the Manchester fighter's trainer calling Saturday night 'the greatest victory in heavyweight boxing since Ali v Liston' and his father comparing David Haye to the lion from the Wizard of Oz.
The new heavyweight champion also spoke about a level of paranoia which he felt after the fight.
Acting on what he labeled as 'good information', Fury refused to drink any fluids or consume food after the fight for fear of being drugged.
I had good information off good resources not to touch anything in the changing rooms because they might try to drug you.
Someone tried to pass me water from all sorts. Unless it was sealed, contained from my own baggage - cos I had my friend Dave, he brought all the water over and the drinks from England - there was no chance of me getting drugged.
After the fight, I went home dehydrated. Because I'm so frightened of being drug tested and failing the drug test when they give me something. I didn't want to take water or any food from anybody.
