Monaghan's Aaron McKenna closed out 2019 in style as he floored Victor Eddy Gaytan with a huge body shot to finish the year 10-0 while Jason Quigley also got back on track in the US.
'The Silencer' McKenna was in action for Golden Boy Fight Night and once again impressed at The Hangar venue in Costa Mesa. On the same card, Donegal boxer Jason Quigley also secured a KO win against Abraham Codero.
This was Quigley's first fight under new trainer Andy Lee.
It was the middleweight's return to action after his first career loss against Tureano Johnson earlier this year. An aggressive and front foot approach was rewarded with a third-round win.
