Katie Taylor isn't a major fan of taking time off.
While the rest of us battle the residual demons from our Christmas binge, the all-time great amateur boxer and current professional 'prospect' is currently Stateside, beating the living Christ out of a tire with a hammer.
Earlier today Matchroom head honcho Eddie Hearn confirmed the 30-year-old Braywoman will fight on the undercard of David Haye and Tony Bellew's upcoming grudge match at London's O2 Arena, live on Sky Sports Box Office on March 4th.
Taylor was already deep in training across the Atlantic, and had a message for fans - and indeed her prospective opponent - ahead of her third professional fight.

Somehow, the Balls.ie evening shift are collectively out of breath having simply watched that. Conor Neville actually threw his back out, so audible were his gasps.
And we weren't the only ones impressed by Taylor's display of raw power and passion for her craft...
how are you fixed to drive a few stakes on the farm in next few weeks??

The Ireland rugby team should just throw that footage on in the dressing room at Murrayfield on Saturday and go out and apply the same logic to Scotland.
Taylor, meanwhile, is sharpening her tools ahead of a potential world title shot later this year. May God help whoever takes to the ring with her in London next month.
