It was confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that Katie Taylor will fight Delfine Persoon to become undisputed lightweight world champion.
Taylor defeated Rose Volante last month to claim the WBO belt, adding to the WBA and IBF ones which she already held.
Persoon, a 34-year-old Belgian, holds the WBC title, the only one not in Taylor's possession.
The fight will take place a Madison Square Garden on June 1 on the undercard of Anthony Joshua's US debut against Jarrell Miller.
