John Joe Nevin has forgiven the man who broke both of his legs earlier this year. In an interview with the Irish Sun, Nevin said he had shared a drink with his attacker and has forgiven him.
Nevin was injured after trying to end a dispute between his cousin and his uncle. Nevin spent much of the year in a wheelchair.
