As part of the Jameson Dublin International Festival, the Lighthouse Cinema will be screening Muhammad Ali, the Greatest at 4pm next Wednesday 19 February.
The documentary is directed by William Klein and traces Muhammad Ali's life and career up to the Rumble in the Jungle. NCAD lecturer James Armstrong says of it 'The film is not merely a representation of one of the most important sports figures of the 20th century, but an entire sociopolitical landscape reflected by and mediated through the film’s auteur.'
