Spike O'Sullivan is now 21-1 in his career after knocking out Melvin Betancourt in Boston on Saturday night.
The Corkman appeared to be looking for the KO throughout the fight and in the second round he landed the decisive blow.
The kilt wearing O'Sullivan celebrated with a jig in the ring after the victory though he did cut his celebrations short when he realised how hurt his opponent was.
It's the 14th knockout of the middleweight's career.
