Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder sat down this evening in Los Angeles ahead of Saturday's night heavyweight bout.
A fairly tame event by the usual standards, both men repeatedly sought to reaffirm their superiority over one another ahead of the match-up in two night's time.
Boasting two unbeaten professional records each, the press conference for Fury vs Wilder had appeared to pass by without any great commotion.
Facing up to one another for the usual photographs at the end, with the added opportunity of repeated verbals, Deontay Wilder's stray finger very nearly gave cause for the whole thing to take on a more violent hue.
With Fury bobbing his head over and back, when the connection was made one could see the English boxer check himself before reacting in a way that would have been less than advisable.
In the end, it developed into the usual kind of posturing (bar one little fellow in the corner who took to throwing some errant slaps), with Tyson Fury taking off his jacket and shirt for whatever reason.
