Andy Lee earned a sensational draw with Peter Ouillin at the Barclays Centre last night despite hitting the canvas in the first and third round. Lee - who's Middleweight title was not on the line after Quillin failed to make the weight on Friday - launched a stunning comeback in the second half of the fight, landing a huge right on Quillin in the 7th that forced 'Kid Chocolate' to the deck.
The judges scored the fight 112-113 113-113 113-112 - a split draw that will inevitably lead to a rematch with the title on the line. After the fight, Quillin paid tribute to Lee:
.@AndyLeeBoxing it was an honor to share the ring with you. You're a gentleman and a champion.. God bless. #PBConNBC pic.twitter.com/CVMVXrcy5N
