AFL teams Collingwood and Hawthorn came together following their game in Melbourne last night to honour the memory of Adelaide coach Phil Walsh. Walsh was stabbed to death in his home yesterday. His son has been arrested and charged with the murder. Cy Jacob Walsh, 26, entered no plea at a brief hearing following his arrest, and has been remanded into custody.
