Ethiopian Athlete Hit By Wheelchair During London Marathon

Ethiopian Olympic marathon champion, Tiki Gelana was hit by a wheelchair during yesterday's London marathon. The wheelchair athletes were coming through on the inside of the female runners when Gelana attempted to get to the water station.

She failed to look behind herself at the on-coming wheelchairs and collided with Canadian, Josh Cassidy.

Gelana eventually finished 16th in the women's race with Cassidy coming in 20th in the wheelchair event.
