Summer's won two golds and one silver in London, and a whole new following online. For anyone looking to know the story beyond her sexiness, Mortimer was involved in competitive trampolining and suffered a serious injury. She recovered and began focusing on para-swimming competitively. She's now a four-time world champion, and has 3 Paralympics medals. Not bad.
