Just like Rocky Balboa in 'Rocky 4', Rob Heffernan defeated the Russians on their own patch yesterday. The Russians have dominated race walking over the last decade but yesterday Heffernan managed to defeat them, beating second placed Mikail Rhyzhov by over a minute.
