The 23-year-old has been in superb form this season. It was just 17 days ago in Vienna that she first broke the Irish record, running 2:02.44.
At the weekend, she won the 800m at the IFAM meeting in Belgium, running what was at the time the second fastest time of her career.
With the European Indoor Championships taking place in Poland on Match 5th - 7th, Power has hit the best form of her career at just the right time.
