Is That Pat Hickey Beside Vladimir Putin And David Cameron?

Newstalk's Ken Early informed us on Twitter today that Pat Hickey, head of the Olympic Council of Ireland and newly elected member of the IOC's Executive Board, would be a guest of Russian president Vlad Putin at the judo in London today.
