Christian Coleman (not the football manager who indicted dreams by urging everyone to aim for something, only to end up managing Sunderland) has dazzled the athletics world by smashing the indoor 60m world record, running a time of 6.37 seconds at the Clemson Invitational in South Carolina.

Pending ratification from the IAAF, the record set to be sent tumbling belongs to his compatriot Maurice Green, who ran 6.39 in 1998 and again in 2001.

At just 21, Coleman is destined to become a household name: in his last two meets, he has set a world record and finished ahead of Usain Bolt.

In order to ratify the World Record Coleman has to pass a drugs test, and to do so, he hopped in his car and drove to Atlanta as USADA did not have any representatives in Clemson:
