The New York Post has released excerpts from Usain Bolt's memoir Faster Than Lightning highlighting the intense chicken nugget programme that the Jamaican followed to nourish himself during 2008 Beijing Olympics.
"At first I ate a box of 20 for lunch, then another for dinner. The next day I had two boxes for breakfast, one for lunch and then another couple in the evening. I even grabbed some fries and an apple pie to go with it."
Bolt says that he consumed one hundred chicken nuggets everyday during his ten days in Beijing.
When it came to women, Bolt was even more indulgent, claiming:
"I was able to get any lady I wanted .?.?. I could walk into a party and take my pick. I would go into a club and think, ‘Hmm, a’ight, which one? You .?.?. ? You .?.?. ? Oh, you! Let’s do this."
The book is set for a November 11th release and if the sprinter's gourmet pallet and sexual machismo is anything to go by then the publishing will surely be a fore runner on the best seller list for 2013.
