Last night's Wrestlemania managed to do something which is very rare in today's internet age when they surprised fans at home and in attendance with the return of one of the most popular tag team pairings in wrestling history, The Hardy Boyz.
It had been rumoured that the Hardys were in talks about a WWE return, off the back of a hugely successful final 12 months with TNA but it's fair to say no one thought it happen on the grandest stage of them all.
With a triple threat match for the Raw tag team titles about to start, Mania hosts, The New Day came out to break the news, before the Hardy Boyz emerged and sent the place crazy.

Of course, it wasn't long before Jeff was back to his old tricks, reminding everyone of why they loved the Hardyz so much in the first place. 17 years on from jumping off a ladder, through ladders, at Wrestlemania, Jeff was doing the exact same thing again.
Due to a legal dispute with TNA over rights, it remains to be seen wether they'll be able to carry on Matt's 'Broken' gimmick but with the belts around their waist it looks like the brothers are back for the long term.
