With 26 seconds remaining on the clock in the final game of NFL wildcard weekend, the Minnesota Vikings had a chance to beat Seattle Seahawks.
They had led through the first three quarters of the game, though would cede advantage in the fourth.
In what was a defensive battle, held during some of the coldest conditions ever seen for an NFL playoff game, the Vikings manufactured an opportunity for kicker Blair Walsh to win the game.
Walsh was responsible for all of Minnesota's points in the game. However, the 27-yard, chip-shot field goal would veer left and wide of the post.
Minnesota fans were, understandably, distraught, angry, shocked.
Luckily, given the age we're in, we can watch all of these gloriously miserable - yet entertaining - moments on social media.
