At this point we're not sure if Madden 16 is the next yearly installment in EA Sports's highly successful American Football game franchise, or a full scale Hollywood blockbuster.
It seems as though the Madden team were given a James Cameron style budget to come up with a trailer for Madden 16, and instead they made a mini-movie featuring Rob Gronkowski, Odell Beckham Jr., and more like you've never seen them before.
Just watch:
Colin Kaepernick as Al Pachino from Scent of a Woman? The casting director needs an oscar.
At the end of the day, it's far more entertaining than the fake game footage most sports games use in their trailers, so at least it's bound to build a bit of a buzz.
We are looking forward to Madden 16 now after all..
