Triple H is 47 years old. Granted he's been around that long that I'd have had him pegged for at least 60 but still, he's in serious shape for a man of his years.
The Game is returning to the ring at Wrestlemania this Sunday when he faces Seth Rollins in some form of a match (Rollins' knee injury has left everything up in the air) and prior to a live event in Westchester last night, he shared his ridiculous back and shoulder workout.
It consists of giant sets of:
- Inverted BW Rows
- Log cleans
- Seated Barbell Snatch
- Low Cable Cross
Considering his arms are bigger than most people's legs, this is a workout that may take a while to build up to.
