The glass breaks and out comes Stone Cold Steve Austin. No matter how terrible the WWE gets 20 years after the glory days, the hairs on the back of your neck will always stand up at the sound of that glass breaking.
Nobody brings wrestling fans to their feet like Stone Cole Steve Austin, even to this day. When he arrived to finish last night's "Raw Reunion" show, the crowd came alive like no other time in the three hours of legend returns.
Austin, who hasn't appeared on WWE television since January of last year, for another reunion style show celebrating the 25th anniversary of Raw, had his usual fun, taking a few digs and having a beer bath in the ring with his fellow legends.
The Raw Reunion, which left many fans a little cold due to the thrown together and watered down nature of the show, also saw returns for Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, DX, the NWO, Rob Van Dam, Mick Foley, John Cena and the Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase.
It lacked in drama and surprises, but afterwards, it seems as though most fans agreed that the appearance of Austin saved the show.
Austin upstaged Hulk Hogan, got drunk, implicated him and Gerald Briscoe in crimes in South Africa, said a swear, and made the show run long. Legend. #RAWReunion

16 years after his retirement, Stone Cold Steve Austin still gets the biggest pop, delivers the best promo and is the most exciting part of the show. GOAT. #RAWReunion
