Take two squads of 60+ hyped up large men who haven't hit anybody in months, put them on opposite sides of the ball, and watch the madness happen.
That's what this person at the joint practice between the St.Louis Rams and the Dallas Cowboys did, as NFL.com have today released a video of a good old fashioned brawl that broke out featuring many star players in the build up to the kick off of the new season.
One push after the whistle was all it took for pretty much everyone to get involved:

Presumably the video ended because the cameraman wanted to get the hell out of there.
Anyone who watches Hard Knocks will know how many of these type of fights break out in these joint practice sessions, as it seems to be as much about getting the players fired up for the season as anything else.
