Pic: The Gruesome Aftermath Of An 88mph Baseball To The Face

This is Giancarlo Stanton of the Miami Marlins, who took an 88pmh fastball to the face at the weekend. It was as awful as it sounds, and left Stanton with multiple facial fractures and dental damage, putting him out for the rest of the year. He posted a before-and-after picture to his instagram account a short while ago. Bloody hell.
