Peyton Manning began his off-season preparations this week by inviting his receivers (including prized free-agent Wes Welker) to work out at Duke University with him. In between bench-press reps and route-running drills, Manning found time to draw up a fake invoice for over $3,000 which he sent to receiver Eric Decker for the use of Duke's facilities.
