Great video from the NHL overnight as the Detroit Red Wings' Pavel Datsyuk embarrasses Logan Couture of the San Jose Sharks. An incredible piece of skill that had the TV commentators literally laughing in astonishment.

The big Russian centre Datsyuk shimmies and shapes several different times to send Couture flying to the ground. American sports fans have a particular phrase for a move that makes a defender fall down; the 'ankle breaker'. It hasn't really caught on over this side of the Atlantic.
The move was ultimately in vain as it didn't lead to a Detroit goal and San Jose ran out 2-0 winners in front of their home crowd.
