Two days left and yet, counting down the days to the NFL season can be a bit tedious if you've no access to pre season highlights or updates from across the pond. Not to worry, Balls have your back with the 15 people to follow on Twitter. Guaranteed to keep you in the loop both before and during the season, with opinions from all walks of life.

Skip Bayless

Outspoken and confrontational. Skip has been analysing the debating the great game for decades and ESPN's First Take with Stephen A. Smith is one of the more entertaining shows around. Their tweets are always a talking point.

Dave Dameshek

From the NFL network. Dameshek, host of the Dave Dameshek podcast and Pittsburgh Steelers enthusiast is one of the more tongue-in-cheek pundits out there. Quirky and not afraid to speak his mind.

Chad Johnson

Now retired, Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson will tweet about anything from NFL to celibacy. Of course, he makes the list for his often outlandish comments on the former. And interesting views on the latter. Loves his FIFA.

The molly man himself. When he's not dropping game winning balls for the Patriots, or on the cusp of a career ending head injury for the Broncos, Welker tweets all things football and is one of the athletes actually worth following.

Michael Fabiano

Last but certainly not least is NFL Network's Michael Fabiano. He tweets all things Fantasy Football and if you've never played before, then look no further than his 'how to' guides. First to know about player injuries and doubts.
