With the Miami Dophins and Chicago Bears deadlocked at 28-28 and overtime approaching, Kenyan Drake found himself at the goal line, with ball in hand, and a late victory for the Dolphins looking all but certain.
After a disastrous 3rd quarter for the Dolphins, they'd rallied well in the 4th; outscoring the Bears 15-7 to level things up.
Set to nick a somewhat fortuitous victory, this happened.

Somehow, to the astonishment of seemingly everyone watching, Kenyan Drake lost control of the ball - a fumble at the most devastating of moments.

Kenyan Drake could've run into the end zone to win the game for the Dolphins in OT. He fumbled at the goal line instead. 😳 pic.twitter.com/lwG73t4gwO

No doubt saving it up for such a day, the commentator couldn't help himself; "You see the towel, over the head of Drake, he is definitely in his feelings."
Incredibly, the Miami Dolphins rallied and picked up the win very, very late in the day. A 47-yard field goal from Jason Sanders getting Drake out of jail.
You're off the hook Kenyan Drake. Jason Sanders with a game-winning 47-yard FG that looks like it would've been good from 60+. One of the games of the year in the NFL so far! #FinsUphttps://t.co/ZfgJ0tTG3B

That it all ended in the win for Drake and the Dolphins, we can take some pleasure in the array of funny responses his error generated.
Kenyan Drake is never touching the football again

Jason Sanders. 7th round pick out of New Mexico. 22-years-old. And as of 4:30 pm EST, Kenyan Drake's very best friend in the world. @gmfb @MiamiDolphins @NFLonFOX

Kenyan Drake should buy Jason Sanders a car.

Taking the Miami Dolphins to a 4-2 record, this Kenyan Drake fumble may well be forgotten in quicker time than otherwise expected.
