College basketball fans are known to storm the court if their team pulls off a big win. Last weekend North Carolina State beat top ranked Duke and their fans went wild. You can see that a fan in a wheelchair is one of the many fans that invade the court. Probably isn't the safest thing to allow a fan in a wheelchair to be pushed into the mob of people but luckily he wasn't injured, although apparently his wheelchair was damaged in the melee.
