Brock Lesnar is the Conor McGregor of the WWE. He hadn't lost a one on on match by pinfall in over three years. When he does lose, it's a shock. But what happened last night at Survivor Series goes far beyond that.
Lesnar was facing up against Bill Goldberg in a repeat of their disastrous Wrestlemania 20 match. Goldberg was wrestling for the first time in 12 years and is approaching his 50th birthday this day next month. Many fans were expecting a solid 15-20 minute match between two huge stars.
Instead, it lasted one minute and twenty-five seconds. Lesnar got one offensive move in, then took two Spears and a Jackhammer Suplex. It was the shortest main event of a 'Big Four' pay per view of all time.
And you can watch the whole thing (yes, literally, the whole match) below

Back in July, Lesnar failed a USADA test after his UFC return. The WWE didn't punish him. No fine, no suspension. Many are questioning whether this squash match was Vince McMahon's way of disciplining the Minneapolis star. Of course, he picks up $250,000 per appearance for WWE, so in a way he doesn't lose.
Twitter was naturally stunned by the main event.

The next major WWE pay per view is the Royal Rumble - and there's rumors that Goldberg has signed on for the Rumble match itself, despite claiming that Survivor Series would be his last match. This may not be the last time we see Lesnar and Goldberg lock horns.
Elsewhere on the card it was a mixed night for the Irish. Cabra's Sheamus was one of the survivors in the Raw vs Smackdown ten man tag, but Becky Lynch took the pinfall in the opening Women's match.
