Two months after departing ESPN, Bill Simmons has found a new home.
HBO announced today that the former ESPN writer, editor of Grantland.com and host of the BS Report has joined the broadcaster.
HBO will be the 'television home' of Simmons, who will host a weekly show featuring guests from both within and outside the sporting world.
According to Sports Illustrated's Richard Deitsch, Simmons will make his debut in 2016.

The deal with HBO does not preclude the former ESPN employee from writing for separate media outlet.
