The Chicago Cubs ended a 108-year wait for a World Series victory on Wednesday night.
In game seven, they defeated the Cleveland Indians 8-7 after ten innings.
They had looked to be sailing to victory when holding a 6-3 advantage but let the lead slip. After a rain delay and the extra inning, the Cubs ended their title drought.
One of the Cubs' longest-suffering and most famous fans is Bill Murray. The actor was a prominent figure during Cubs celebrations.
His interview with Cubs General Manager Theo Epstein was a glorious champagne-soaked 70 seconds.

At all times during the locker room celebrations, Murray remained well-hydrated. Despite inebriation, he still ensured all bottles were being recycled.

He also highlighted the 'stink' created by fans too superstitious to changes their clothes throughout the series.
